SwertePH Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to SwertePH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the registered account holder, and SwertePH. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any service on the SwertePH platform — whether through a browser on a mobile device, desktop, or tablet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not register, do not deposit, and do not use SwertePH. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. SwertePH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms apply alongside the SwertePH Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the full agreement between you and SwertePH.

2. Eligibility

To register and use SwertePH, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be located in, and legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of, the Philippines.
• You must not be a SwertePH employee, contractor, immediate family member of an employee, or representative of a business partner with inside knowledge of platform operations.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or suspended from SwertePH.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

SwertePH may request age verification documents, identity verification, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe entitles SwertePH to suspend or close the account and to withhold pending transactions pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold exactly one SwertePH account. Duplicate accounts discovered at any stage — including after registration — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending review. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering your SwertePH account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, mobile number, and email address. SwertePH uses this information for verification, fraud prevention, and account communication.

Account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your SwertePH login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. SwertePH will never ask for your password through email, chat, or phone. Any activity occurring under your SwertePH credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact SwertePH support immediately and change your password.

Do not access SwertePH from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session. Clear browser data on shared devices after use. Enable any two-factor authentication options offered by SwertePH when available.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All SwertePH account balances are maintained and displayed in Philippine pesos (PHP, ₱). SwertePH does not hold funds in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion applies to deposits or withdrawals made through supported Philippine payment channels.

Supported channels

SwertePH may support the following payment methods, subject to your account verification status and current service availability: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay bank transfer, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards.

Deposit conditions

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned or investigated.
• SwertePH reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit amounts. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposited funds are intended solely for use on the SwertePH platform and cannot be treated as a banking or investment service.

Withdrawal conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless account verification and SwertePH policy permit an alternative channel.
• All identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, and platform checks must be completed before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Processing times vary by channel. SwertePH will communicate expected timeframes during the withdrawal process.
• SwertePH reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on SwertePH are subject to these Terms and to any specific rules published for the relevant sport, market, game, or event format. Where specific rules and these Terms conflict, the specific market or game rules prevail unless otherwise stated.

• Bets are accepted at the odds, price, or terms displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds shown before confirmation are indicative only and may change.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended except where SwertePH's specific game rules provide for in-play cash-out or similar features.
• SwertePH reserves the right to void any bet placed following an obvious error in pricing, data feed, or event information.
• Placing bets using automated systems, software bots, or scripting tools is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• All casino and virtual sports game outcomes operate on certified RNG (random number generator) systems. SwertePH does not guarantee any specific result in any game session.

Minimum and maximum stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each product are displayed at the time of placing. SwertePH reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits based on risk assessment and platform policy without prior notice.

6. Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body or data provider recognised by SwertePH at the time of settlement. SwertePH will settle markets promptly upon receipt of confirmed results, though settlement is not instantaneous in all cases.

• For football and other team sports, 90-minute results apply unless the specific market states otherwise (e.g., including extra time or penalty shootouts).
• For combat sports events, retirement or disqualification settlement rules are detailed in the specific market terms.
• For virtual sports, results are determined by the RNG provider and are final upon generation.
• In the event of a genuine error in settlement, SwertePH reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly, including recovering any incorrectly credited winnings.
• Disputes regarding settlement must be submitted to SwertePH support within 30 days of the relevant event completion.

7. Promotions and Bonuses

SwertePH may offer promotions, welcome offers, deposit bonuses, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms when you opt in.

Key promotion principles

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. SwertePH may verify eligibility at any stage before, during, or after a promotion period.

• Session loss limits cap how much you can lose in a single session before access to gaming products is paused.
• Cooling-off periods temporarily restrict access for a chosen duration to provide distance from gaming.
• Self-exclusion closes your SwertePH account for a minimum period during which no new registration, deposit, or wager is possible.

9. Player Conduct

By using SwertePH, you agree not to engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable Philippine law or these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Registering more than one SwertePH account for any reason.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated betting scripts, arbitrage bots, or any software to gain an unfair advantage over SwertePH or other players.
• Colluding with other players in any SwertePH card game or competitive format.
• Accessing SwertePH from a restricted jurisdiction or on behalf of a third party in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Providing false registration information or submitting fraudulent verification documents.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with SwertePH staff or other players.

SwertePH monitors platform activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, SwertePH may suspend account access, withhold withdrawals, and report relevant information to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

SwertePH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a SwertePH account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion instruction from the account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, SwertePH may void outstanding bets, reverse bonus credits, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request or upon expiry of a cooling-off period, and no breach is identified, remaining genuine balance will be returned through the original payment channel following standard verification.

Voluntary account closure

You may request voluntary closure of your SwertePH account by contacting platform support. Before processing closure, SwertePH will confirm your identity, settle any outstanding bets, and process any eligible remaining balance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, SwertePH's total liability to you for any loss, damage, or claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits held in your account at the time the claim arises, excluding bonus funds.

• SwertePH is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or force majeure events beyond SwertePH's reasonable control.
• SwertePH is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.
• SwertePH makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
• Where SwertePH experiences a data feed error, technical malfunction, or third-party service disruption that affects market pricing or result data, SwertePH reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes without further liability.

12. Privacy and Data Use

SwertePH collects and processes your personal information to manage your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable regulations. Full details of data collection, storage, and your rights as a data subject are contained in the SwertePH Privacy Policy.

By registering for a SwertePH account you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. SwertePH will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with payment processors and verification services is limited to what is necessary for those specific purposes.

13. Changes to These Terms

SwertePH may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders through email or an in-platform notification where practicable.

Continued use of the SwertePH platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of SwertePH and request account closure.
